Instructions for use of the plier to create cylindrical bumps on the aligner:

• Identify the area of the aligner where you wish to create the cylindrical bump (mesial or distal).
• Sterilize the instrument beforehand following the standard protocol of the center.
• Place the aligner on the model or in the patient's mouth according to the technique used.
• Position the head of the plier on the chosen point and press gently until the cylindrical deformation is formed.
• Adjust the depth with the included key until the desired protrusion is obtained.
