Application and properties of Alustat Gel

ALUSTAT gel is intended for use during dental treatment to reduce local swelling and to stop mild gingival haemorrhages during and after dental treatment.

It has an astringent, antiphlogistic, and vasoconstrictive effect.

Product application system

As one of the few manufacturers worldwide, we use a system (adapter) to pump the product from a large dosing syringe to a small one.

The use of high-quality three-component luer-lock syringes (threaded) ensures safe transfer of the preparation from one syringe to another.

The use of luer-lock syringes ensures safe application: the syringes are equipped with luer-lock threading that allows connection with the needle by screwing it onto the syringe.

The Luer-lock system is the best protection against accidental spillage of the product during application.

Handling of Alustat Gel product

1. By applying the preparation with the applicator insert on the swollen or injured gum (figure 1)
2. After 30 seconds, remove the preparation with a sterile swab or a jet of water (image 2)
3. repeat the action if necessary (image 3)
